Sobravegana eco Vegadénia with dates, a pâté between red and maroon in colour. Its flavour creates a mixture of sweet and salty due to the symbiosis of sobrassada and honey from the Balearic Islands, of great intensity. Its aroma of sobrasada and the typical smell of dates. The flavour of the Japanese miso is reduced by the sweetness of the date which, providing a creamier and smoother texture.
