Sobravegana eco classic Vegadénia, a pâté with a dense, granulated texture and an intense red colour. Its flavour is clearly reminiscent of sobrasadas from the region of La Marina or the Balearic Islands. Its aroma is clearly recognisable and the flavour includes fermented nuances from the Japanese miso, without an excessive presence of salty flavour.
