Traditional recipe of this tasty broth to prepare an authentic fish rice, fideuá, among many other dishes that you can prepare with this unique broth. It is made from the best fish and seafood from our bay, specially selected by the Santa Pola Fishermen’s Guild, and with 100% natural ingredients, without preservatives or colourings.
How to use: mix a bottle of stock with 3 litres of water and bring to the boil, fry the pieces of fish and the rice or fiduá, add the stock and leave to boil for 20 minutes, you will have a tasty and fresh result.
Ingredients: Water, Morralla varied of rock from the Bay of Santa Pola (21%), fried tomato (tomato, tomato concentrate, olive oil, onion, sugar, salt), monkfish, crustaceans, garlic, salt, ñora, natural flavourings and colourings.
