Black olive and dried tomato pâté Vegadénia, its colour is somewhere between soft black and pure chocolate. Its aroma is intense, with the black olive predominating over all the other ingredients.
It is a different preparation from an olivada or a tapenade. Combining the black olives with dried tomato and spring onion gives an intense flavour and natural freshness, with the presence of local aromatic plants.

Preparation of sauces
Ingredients: Black olives (76%), spring onion, extra virgin olive oil, dried tomato (4%), lemon juice, garlic, fresh herbs and sea salt.
Sterilised vegetable preserve. Best before 18 months. Once opened, keep refrigerated for no more than 7 days. Store between 0ºC and 25ºC, avoiding excessive humidity.
Bottle of 110g effective content (℮). Lid with safety button and bisphenol A free.
