Enrique Mendoza Pinot Noire red wine, a grape originally from Burgundy, has had an excellent adaptation of the Pinot Noire grape in Valencian lands, giving rise to the production of a fresh and easy to drink wine. Its production is carried out with extreme care, applying the most modern techniques to control the cultivation of the grapes through sustainable agriculture. Fermented in small stainless steel tanks and aged for 6 months in new and one-year-old French Allier oak barrels. A fruity red wine of great freshness that always invites you to fill another glass.
